가정의학과 입원환자의 내용분석

Abstract

In order to know the contents of diseases of inpatient the patients' charts were reviewed and analyzed. All of patients who were admitted in the family medicine department from June,1983 to May,1984 were selected and analyzed.
The total number of patients was 191.
The results of this study were as follows.
1. Total number of patients was 191 and among them, male was 51.8%, female was 48.2% respectively.
2. The age distribution of patients was 0 through 89 years old.
The age group of 40-49 was the largest.
3. The 4 most common diseases were acute viral hepatitis, hypertension, chronic gastritis, hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood.
4. In classifying diseases by system, the most frequent one was disease of the digestive system with 51 cases (17%), the 2nd was mental disorder with 48 cases (16%), the 3rd was infectious and parasitic disease with 37 cases (12,3%) and etc.
5. The top five specialties consulted were internal medicine, psychiatry, ophthalmology, general surgery and dermatology department in order.
