| Abstract |
|
For the purpose of comprehensive care of enrolled family, we need a tool to deal informations and records more much and efficiently, As the development of computer science, in medicine, there are active use of computers in medical recording, drug information, hospital management, publication reference, and so on. Furthermore, recently there are active making studies in diagnosis and therapeutic decision-making process. We developed a program by a personal computer to provide more continuous and comprehensive care of enrolled family, to educate the residents for patient care, and to obtain a basic data for primary care, through a effective management of patients health informations and records. As this study is the first step for management of enrolled family in Department of Family Medicine, Severance hospital, there are some weak points will be revised. |
